Showcase TV Idents & Presentation

Showcase TV was launched on 8 February 2010. It broadcast programmes from government departments, public bodies and other public institutions. The channel’s stated aim was to provide UK citizens with access to valuable information and allow their clients to reach their target audiences effectively. The channel helped start-up TV operations launch, by providing them slices of the schedule to facilitate proving their concepts and getting on air quickly as ‘Micro Channels’. From 1 May 2014 the channel became the home of Irish TV, at this time all Showcase TV branding was removed from the channel.
